Wadena-Deer Creek Public Schools has an opening for a Junior High Knowledge Bowl Coach and/or an FCCLA Advisor for the 2025-26 school year. Wadena-Deer Creek has an opening for an assistant football coach for the 2025-2026 School Year. Coach will be in charge of a position on both offense and defense and preference will be given to one who could serve as defensive coordinator. Applicants must have a passion for working with student athletes, great communication and organization skills and meet state statute and MSHSL requirements. WDC has an opening for a Fall and Winter Cheer Advisor for the 2025-26 School Year. Advisor will be responsible for selecting and coaching the Football and Winter Sports Cheerleading squads. Advisor must prepare and carry out supervised practices, schedule events and attend all games and events where the cheer team performs. Wadena-Deer Creek Public Schools is accepting applications for a Full-time Bus Driver.

Working as a school bus driver is an excellent way to earn extra income and deliver a valuable service in the process!

Applicants must be properly licensed to drive a school bus and should enjoy working with young people. If you are not licensed, WDC will train you to get your bus license AND pay for up to 40 hours of training at 19.00 per hour!

Full-time drivers qualify for health insurance, life insurance and a pension.

Salary/Benefits include:

**$27.78 per hour, PLUS $.34 per mile

**$9,600 per year toward health insurance

**New Driver Bonus of up to $1,500

**Clothing allowance

**Paid Bus Driver Training (up to 40 hours)

The shift for both positions is 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
